Organisations can join the Skills Exchange in the same way that Individuals can. It is a simple matter of filling in a form. Please find a current list of our Organisation members below. Some require help “as and when”, some have more regular volunteering opportunities.
Individual members of the Skills Exchange can earn Time Credits for any volunteering they do for Organisation members. Some examples of this include individuals, leafleting for the New Art Exchange, volunteering on Nottingham Credit Union Collection Points and helping in the kitchen at The Bridge Centre.
Organisations can earn Time Credits by, perhaps, loaning us some equipment or the hire of a room.In return they can advertise their volunteering opportunities with us and get access to our membership of over 200 Individuals. Joining the Skills Exchange also enables Organisations to advertise their existence to members who may not previously have heard of them.
